Conversation with Anita Gödiker
INSTRUMENTUM Foundation: Ms. Gödiker, we are exceptionally grateful that you have enriched our non-profit institution as a valued member of the Advisory Board since our founding. What do you find most inspiring about the INSTRUMENTUM Foundation?
Anita Gödiker: The concept fascinated me from the very beginning because it brings together several important elements: people, music, talent, and funding. What inspires me most is the opportunity to support exceptionally gifted musical talents in their artistic development through first-class string instruments.
INSTRUMENTUM Foundation: With your valuable expertise, impressive commitment, and network, you played a key role in shaping our foundation in its early days. How do you contribute in practical terms?
Anita Gödiker: First of all, I wish I could do even more. As a member of the Advisory Board, I contribute my entrepreneurial experience, creativity, and my network. This combination makes it possible to provide important impetus for supporting talented musicians. I am particularly pleased that I can offer a platform for young artists at our Satellite Office centers in Germany and Switzerland. We regularly host concerts and provide musicians with a stage to perform with their INSTRUMENTUM Foundation string instruments.
INSTRUMENTUM Foundation: We greatly appreciate that, despite your wide-ranging commitments, you make time for our foundation. What makes the INSTRUMENTUM Foundation special for you?
Anita Gödiker: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is firmly embedded in Satellite Office’s DNA. I see it as my contribution to society to actively put this into practice in various areas—whether in policies supporting small and medium-sized enterprises or through diverse social engagement. What distinguishes the INSTRUMENTUM Foundation is this unique synergy of cultural support and talent development. With tact and sensitivity, we can truly make a difference here and provide lasting, sustainable support.
INSTRUMENTUM Foundation: Your integration of art and culture into the business world is exemplary. What role do music and culture play in your day-to-day work as an entrepreneur?
Anita Gödiker: In our business and coworking centers, music and art are an integral part of what we do. We organize exhibitions, lectures, and, of course, concerts. This connection between business and culture creates a distinctive atmosphere and spaces for meaningful encounters. That aligns perfectly with the INSTRUMENTUM Foundation’s vision.
